Job Description
As an Office / project manager / support assistant at Clonable you take care of the structure in the office. You have basically three tasks that are intertwined:
- Support employee: here you are the first point of contact for our customers. You help them with questions, think of solutions and ensure that they are helped quickly and professionally. For this you work together with other support staff.
- Project management: new customers and projects at existing customers must remain manageable. You determine the priorities, keep the overview and direct the onboarding specialist and support staff when necessary.
- Office management: arranging events, planning company outings, purchasing supplies, etc.
You will work in a small but growing team and get a lot of freedom to think about how to improve our support processes. You might also occasionally help simple customers connect to Clonable.
Because we are a SaaS company with international customers, you have a direct impact on how satisfied our customers are and how smoothly they use our product.
What your work looks like
- You answer customers via e-mail and telephone.
- You arrange purchases for the office and help prepare events, etc.
- You keep an eye on deadlines and turnaround times for new clients and escalate if necessary.
- You solve questions and problems as efficiently as possible.
- You quickly switch between different requests and know how to prioritize.
- You think along about improvements in the support processes.
- You support technical questions, where your affinity with websites and online tools comes in handy.

Job requirements
We are looking for someone who is customer-oriented and not afraid to pick up the phone. Someone who works in a very structured way. Are you stress resistant, communicatively strong and do you have some technical feeling? Then you probably fit in well with us.
Capacities we would like to see in you:
- Deal well with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Quickly determine priorities: which customer needs to be helped first
- Structured work. You are someone who keeps an eye on deadlines, despite busyness.
- Affinity with technology: worked with websites, built websites yourself, done online marketing or experience with PHP / CSS / HTML.
- Dutch and English language skills
Capacities that make us happy (perks):
- Experience with SaaS or internet companies.
- Dexterity with online support tools, CMSs and CRM systems.
- Additional language skills.
- Content marketing experience to make the creation of manuals and videos smoother and faster.

Working conditions
Location: Gemert, Noord-Brabant (hybrid working possible).
Salary: €2800 - €3500 gross per month at fulltime (depending on knowledge and experience).
Employment contract for a fixed period with a view to an indefinite period.
Number of hours: 24 - 40 hours, spread over at least 4 but preferably 5 days.
Contract duration: 12 months.
