Frequently Asked Questions
How is the number of pages calculated?
The total number of pages in your subscription applies to all Clones combined. You can exclude pages or whole sections of a Clone from translation, such as outdated blog archives.
Pages with a canonical tag are not counted as additional pages.
How long will the installation take?
Turnaround time varies by platform:
- Non-e-commerce websites: usually completed within 1 week
- E-commerce websites:
- WooCommerce: 2-4 weeks on average.
- Magento, Shopware and Custom webshops: average 4-8 weeks
The turnaround time with Magento and Shopware depends, among other things, on any custom features built into the webshop.
I need more pages than are in the subscription, what are the options?
You then have the following options:
- Purchase an add-on for extra pages
- Upgrade to a higher subscription

Installation assistance with Clonable is a service that supports businesses in integrating their website with Clonable. This includes:
- Explaining the basic functionalities of Clonable
- Collecting and adding a brand list
- Control of images on the website
- Enabling the search function should that be desirable
- Installation of the language switcher
- Testing the website
- Explaining Google Search Console
- If needed: adding JSON keys for better functionality
For e-commerce subscriptions we offer additional support:
- Setting up and linking XML feeds
- Checkout control

No, with Clonable there are no hidden fees. In addition to your subscription price, there are some optional extras that are charged separately, such as:

What does it cost to translate my product feed (XML feed)?
The cost for an XML feed consists of a fixed monthly fee per feed, depending on your subscription. If you have multiple XML feeds within one clone, each feed will be charged separately.

Update frequency
You can set how often the XML feed is updated. You can choose from:
- Weekly
- Daily
